Crystal Hunt has been lighting up the small screen since 2002 when she burst on the scene as Lizzie Spaulding on daytimes “Guiding Light”. The emotionally charged role, as a wayward teen would lead to an Emmy-nomination, and one of t.v.’s most memorable daytime characters.
During her “Guiding Light” tenure Hunt went on to pair with Zac Efron in the “The Derby Stallion”. As Jill Overton she provided the pulse in the family friendly tale of a boy and his horse. She continued her work in films such as “Sydney White” costarring Amanda Bynes. The classic Snow White fairy tale with a hip, modern, updated twist helped introduce Crystal to a whole new generation of movie goers.
Hunt, made waves upon her return to the small screen. As exotic dancer ‘Stacy Morasco’ Hunt’s character turned LLanview upside down on Abc’s “One Life to Live.” In the role she originated, Hunt breathed life into the bad girl around town.
She next teamed up with “Atl” star Evan Ross, along with bestfriend “Devious Maids” actress Dania Ramierez in the Lionsgate film “Nyc Underground”. The gritty thriller surrounding teens and a drug deal turned sour, left viewers on the edge of their seats.
Crystal went on to star in the bio-pic “23 Blast.” The emotional tale of high school football player Travis Freeman; whose sudden blindness attempts to thwart his dreams of athletic glory.
Crystal Hunt most recently lit up the big screen in last summers box office hit “Magic Mike XXL” where she costarred with Channing Tatum, Jada Pinkett-Smith, and Adam Rodriguez.
Expanding on her already bright film career Hunt has moved behind the camera producing her first film the scary chiller “Talbot County.”
